Scott & Julie

Scott and Julie are two of the kindest, sweetest people you’ll ever get the chance to meet in your lifetime. But they have this wild and fun side that is totally unsuspecting! And I was reminded of that when I arrived at the hotel the day of their wedding to capture Julie getting ready. It’d been a while since I saw Julie so I told her how I went skydiving a couple weeks prior. Julie totally caught me off guard by then telling me that she and Scott had ALSO just gone skydiving a few weeks prior!! Because their friends couldn’t all be there to do bachelor/bachelorette parties, they decided to celebrate together and do something wild. What better than to jump out of a plane?! Guys, we could have skipped the wedding and done a ceremony mid-air! Dang, wish we’d thought of that. ;) Not really though because then we’d miss out on all of these stunning photos, with your feet on solid ground.

Scott and Julie got married at the Aerie, one of the best sunset venues in Portland. And they sure got to enjoy a sunset! I couldn’t be happier for the two of them. Beautiful people, inside and out and what a stellar day! Congratulations!
