Mizuho designed her own wedding gown for this big day and what an outstanding job she did. It was simply breathtaking! Her parents flew in from Japan to give her away and see Portland for the very first time. James and Mizuho picked a gorgeous spot to exchange their vows and had a simple and sweet ceremony in the middle of the rose garden. Beautiful!
