It’s rare that an engagement session happens during the actual proposal! Danny and Jessica are from Florida and decided on the Willamette Valley as a vacation destination to cultivate their love of wine. What Jessica didn’t know is that Danny was planning a surprise proposal at the beautiful backdrop that is Vista Hills. When they arrived, I was introduced as a photographer for the winery (only Danny knew the real truth), and I was able to fulfill my dream of being a secret agent while I stealthily took candids of the two. Once they proceeded to the back lawn to take in the magnificent view of the valley, I knew it was time. I found myself a discreet location behind a vine, waited for Danny to drop to his knee, and the rest… is history!
