I was driving down the street the other day when Salt ‘n’ Pepa’s “What a Man” came on the radio. I started laughing so hard that I cried. Just like everyone else who was at Teresa and Damon’s wedding, I will forever think of their ceremony when I listen to that song.
They had the most beautiful, personal, HILARIOUS ceremony. They shared the things they love about one another, they created a time capsule complete with polaroids they took with their parents and with the entire group in attendance, and of course my favorite part when they had friends and family give readings — readings that were lyrics from their favorite songs about love and happiness. Including Salt ‘n’ Pepa’s “What a Man” read by Damon’s sisters. Absolutely loved it! It was so fun to witness them fall in love all over again as they got married under the huppah and sunshine.
Teresa and Damon, your day was so amazing! Every part of it was perfect. Your families are sweethearts and your friends are just as close as family. Love them all to bits! Congratulations!
