Whenever I see Mt. Hood Organic Farms pop up as the venue I’m to shoot at, I pretty much hop up out of my chair and do a happy dance. Okay, not really, but I am definitely always delighted to shoot there, its one of my favorite places to shoot weddings. Lauren and CW are a really sweet couple and they were blessed with a beautiful summer day for their wedding. Mt. Hood was out and looked spectacular. It’s always fun climbing that (15 or 20 foot?) ladder to take a group photo of the entire wedding with the Hood in the background. Makes for a perfect album shot. I love it that Lauren and her bridesmaids brought props for photos! They are all swimmers, so everyone decked out with goggles and fins. It was great. I should also note that Lauren hand made all of the wedding favors for their 100+ guests. She hand made and painted ceramic cups and mugs for everyone. It took her since last September to make them all, truly a sight to see them all displayed on the table. I got to take a small blue tea cup home as a memento from the day. Very special to me! Congratulations again to Lauren and CW, it was an honor being part of your big day and everything turned out great!
