You couldn’t have had a more beautiful day for John and Carmen’s wedding! The weather was perfect… not too hot and not too cold, and the lavender was in full bloom at Red Ridge Farms. And this olive oil producing farm was the ideal setting for their intimate wedding. The ceremony was beautiful, as the Columbia River Strings trio played Carmen down the aisle. Her brother even got licensed to officiate the ceremony, which added so much to the intimacy of the day. And at the reception, everyone sat together “family style” at one long table and enjoyed the amazing food provided by Simpatica catering. Instead of a formal wedding cake, Simpatica took dessert to the next level with their olive cake, which was absolutely divine! Thank you John and Carmen for allowing us to be a part of your special day. I loved how you made your wedding utterly elegant while still creating an atmosphere of closeness and togetherness for your friends and family. It was wonderful!
