Caitlyn and Troy have been platonic friends for many years before realizing they were more than friends. Caitlyn bravely made the first move by asking Troy, ” So, where are we? Are we just buddies? Or is there more? Because I can’t tell.” Troy replied, “Yeah, we are just friends (gasp)…unless we are not (sigh of relief).” Two weeks in, after many long conversations and peaceful walks, they just knew. They were getting married! On January 1, 2018, Troy formally proposed to Caitlyn, and I had the pleasure of photographing their beautiful ceremony on a gloriously sunny day in May at Apostolic Church. Caitlyn was lovely walking down the aisle to meet Troy for the first time on their wedding day. The newlyweds seemed truly happy, and I wish them the best!
