I love Dani and Joe. I want them to be my friends so we can hang out and talk about microbreweries and home improvement projects. And their wedding had so many details that were just so “them”. I loved how the bridesmaids each picked their own dresses, and how each of their bouquets were different and had a story behind the plants that were chosen. Even the boutonnieres had bottle caps on them that represented each guy. I loved their memorial table that showed the photos of the people that had passed and couldn’t be there for their wedding, including Prince, Mohammad Ali, and David Bowie. I loved that every time they kissed at the reception, their friends would hold up signs with scores from 0 to 10 rating their smooch! I loved how Dani incorporated polka dots into everything from her dress, to their manicures, to their wedding cake. And I REALLY loved that even though Dani was so awfully sick with a horrible cold, she knocked back her cold medicine and met the day with joy and gratefulness. They are fabulous people with fabulous friends and I know they are going to have a fabulous life together. It was really my privilege to be able to join them on their wedding day and capture it for them. Congratulations you two!
