I love what I do. I get to be a close part of one of the most special days of people’s lives. I spend more time with a couple on their wedding day than most of their closest friends and family. On a day filled with controlled chaos, I get to capture those little moments that are often fleeting, or perhaps even unnoticed, but cherished when gazed upon after the fact. Ariel and Gabe’s wedding was a perfect embodiment of that, but it was perhaps the words Ariel’s father shared to his daughter during his speech that truly reminded me of why I love what I do. So loving and true, you could see how sad he was to be “loosing” his daughter, but how happy he was that she had found true love. He had no doubts that Gabe would take care of his little girl, and that together they would live a beautiful life. Congratulations Ariel and Gabe!
