Rossi Farms is a family owned property located in Northeast Portland. The doors have been open for over 100 years and along with growing stuff, they also have an awesome space to throw large events and wedding celebrations. Sarah and Mitchell mentioned their wedding would have over 100 guests, maybe up to 200 they said. You see, all family and friends are invited to a Cambodian wedding event. Guests lists and RSVP’s are usually not used. That’s a weird concept to most of us attending and planning weddings here in the states. As a photographer, one of the first questions I usually ask my couples is how many people are coming to their wedding. Judging by the group photo we captured after the ceremony, just about every family member and friend they had attended this party. Luckily I had my trusty wide angle so everyone fit!
Outside of the Las Vegas style heat that we experienced last Saturday, everything about this wedding day went perfect. Rossi Farms is a beautiful location within Portland city limits that makes you feel like your hours outside of town. I would highly recommend this venue for any couples looking for an awesome larger space close to Portland. Congratulations to Sarah and Mitchell for throwing such a great wedding party, I loved everything about this celebration!
