Tarryn and Aaron

Tarryn and Aaron are awesome. It was a lot of fun being there for these two on their wedding day. Columbia Edgewater Country Club was the perfect venue choice for the both of them. It offered a beautiful outdoor space for their ceremony, but also a great indoor space for dinner, which allowed guests to escape from the summer heat outside.

These two share a strong connection and wry sense of humor. It was mentioned during the ceremony, but it was Aaron’s fun loving smile that helped win Tarryn’s affections — it was heartwarming to see that on display for the day.

A highlight of the day photo wise was pulling these two back outside for a few minutes once the main formalities had concluded and dance floor was open. It was dusk, and the sky had turned a spectacular pink and purple. We walked out behind the clubhouse, through the parking lot, to the very edge of the property. From there, we were afforded a clear view of Mt. Hood, and we were able to capture some amazing shots against that sky. It was so much fun. I know these two really wanted an epic sunset/twilight photo — and they got it!
