Double Decker PDX was founded in the fall of 2009 by longtime friends, Brooks Thompson & Kent Metcalf. They purchased one of London’s iconic double decker buses and used their experience in car detailing to renovate the vehicle into one of the most luxurious, charming, and unique vehicles Portland has to offer. The company does more than provide you with a beautiful ride on your wedding day, they ensure an amazing experience by providing you with an ipod compatible stereo system, two refrigerators, an oak bar and stools, AND an event host on board to make sure you ride in style!

Why did you get into weddings?
It is a great event and a lot of fun for us to do!
What is your favorite part about weddings?
We love the photos that come out of them and how happy everyone is. They are always so positive!
What advice would you give to a couple planning their wedding?
Use a wedding planner to make your lives much easier on the day of the event.

We travel 20 miles outside of Portland with no mileage fee. We do not operate in the State of Washington.
