Sara is one of our own here at Powers Studios! Though she is somewhat new to our studio team, she is one of those people that feels like an old friend. Same goes for her husband Nick. These two are so wonderful and hilarious and FUN, that there was no doubt their wedding day would reflect that.
Sara got prepared at the Paramount Hotel. It was a sunny, Fall afternoon. There was the usual hustle and bustle of downtown happening all around, yet people couldn’t help but stop in their tracks to admire this pair as they walked past, grinning ear to ear with their contagious smiles.
It’s easy to see how much Nick and Sara’s mothers mean to each of them. They chose to be alone for their First Look with the exception of their moms. And oh my goodness, the happy tears were a-flowin’ with these four.
After a lively my-mouth-hurts-from-all-the-smiling time in the park blocks with their wedding party, we headed over to Union/Pine where the Mister & Misses magic was about to happen!
The place was packed with all their family and friends, from near and far (holla, Denver!) ;) The dinner was amazing (complete with the best chips and guac you’ve ever had!) and the night carried on with high spirits.
Nick and Sara, I couldn’t be happier for you! Many years from now you’ll be sitting under the shade of a giant tree, watching your little ones playing, and recalling the beginning of this happy life you have. And you’ll remember the day that giant tree was just a tiny plant — your wedding day.
Wedding at Union/Pine
