During the best man speech, Shaun recounted the first time that Mike talked about Keyara. He explained that Mike had gone out dancing with work friends and met this person. He described how it seemed different how Mike talked about Keyara. I saw the same type of thing as Mike and Keyara saw each other for the first time on their wedding day. There was an aura of awe in both of them. I wasn’t sure if it was for the fact that they were getting married or what but I bet that it had to do more with the way they felt about each other. Also during the speeches, Keyara expressed gratitude towards their bridal party. This was a great group of friends. They were there to help out, to have fun and to truly celebrate their friends foray into marriage. Most of them (not Eric) shook what their momma gave them on the dance floor and I discovered that Mike had some pretty saucy moves. The rain didn’t get them down either. With some help from the maid of honor and best man and some expert umbrella wrangling we got the job done. All was not lost as the rain ceased to allow Keyara, Mike and me to take full advantage of the night sky. Congratulations to Keyara and Mike, you guys were awesome.
