Katie & Todd

Katie and Todd had a beautiful, peaceful and intimate ceremony on Blackberry Lawn at Edgefield. Some light cloud cover overhead gave us such gentle gorgeous outdoor light to work with. The timing worked out great, as the NYC based rock group The Yeah Yeah Yeah’s played a concert on site later in the evening. The show was packed, but you wouldn’t have known from where we were.

Katie and Todd are very sweet together, and how about that first dance? The ballroom lessons definitely shone through. It was also very nice meeting their families. I love the look on Katie’s dad’s face upon first seeing her in her dress in the dressing room.

All in all a graceful and very heartwarming day and evening. Congratulations again to you both!
