Erik and Katie began their day at the International Rose Test Gardens. They picked out a nice shady gazebo to share their first moment together wherein Erik surprised Katie with a beautiful necklace and they chatted about how excited they were for the day. Their friends and siblings in the wedding party were a fantastically fun group and we could have easily spent hours there having fun with photos.
There is something really special about why Katie and Erik got married where they did. Katie is now the FOURTH generation of her family to be married in St. Patrick’s Church, the oldest Catholic church in Portland. Three out of four generations were present in the church that day too, which was pretty amazing.
They finished off the day at the Tiffany Center, a gorgeous venue and one that was filled with LOTS of dancing that day. Such a fun-filled day and I am SO happy for Erik and Katie. Love you guys! Congratulations!
