On an overcast day in May, two very sweet people gathered at the Abernethy Center with their friends and families to celebrate their wedding. Gene, with his big heart and even bigger laugh and Shannon, with her quiet smile and sweet personality are a perfect match for each other. It was obvious as the day went on how much they absolutely adore each other. It was also obvious how much they love their friends and family as evidenced in each small detail planned into their wedding day, from the lego ”bride and groom” for Gene’s nephew to the butterflies that entranced all the guests. It has really been a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Deann was great to work with, from the first day we met to the last picture she took it was perfect. I really enjoyed the way she made everyone at my wedding feel at ease. My ring bearer was a little under the weather that day and she was always very patient getting him into the right pose.
