It was the perfect storm. No, literally! There was a storm brewing and it created the most amazing sky for Dennis and Lori’s wedding day, complete with a full rainbow. The view was un.real. That view!! My goodness. I was in photographer HEAVEN.
When I first met Dennis and Lori, Dennis was grinning ear to ear as he shared his story about his well-planned and executed proposal to Lori. And he had lots of photos to boot! Well, months and months later now — that guy is still grinning ear to ear! And bigger now if you can imagine that. ;) Right after the ceremony as we headed out for photos, Dennis used the perfect Clark Griswold quote: ”We’re gonna need plastic surgery to remove our goddamn smiles!” ;) My thoughts exactly.
To top things off, the florals from Swoon Floral Design were sensational as well as all the decor from Something Borrowed! It really set the tone and created this great vibe for the whole event. I think I fell in love. Can we have a re-do, Dennis & Lori? Say same time, same place next year for some vow renewals? ;)
The whole day was…surreal. I am EXTREMELY happy that I could be there for it, not only to capture the moments but to witness the beginning of a truly blessed marriage. Lori & Dennis, you’re amazing. Nothing but love for you both!! Congratulations!

Lori is my daughter, I was not able to be there due to health reasons, I am so amazed by how beautiful everything was there for her and Dennis. And the rainbow was a clear message that this marriage is a gift from Heaven. It was so pretty….everything was perfect. I would have given anything to be able to be there, but it was still a perfect day for them.
