Gary and Dena’s wedding was so beautiful and intimate. The ceremony and celebration took place at the lovely Barberton Grange Hall. Their friend Sean was the officiant and the person responsible for introducing them at a New Year’s party in 2009. Sean didn’t want to go the party alone so he dragged Gary along. It was love at first sight when Gary met Dena. The couple bonded over a game of Cranium by finishing each others’ thoughts. A year and a half later, Gary proposed to Dena! We were very happy with Powers through the whole process. You’ve been very communicative; letting us know what the next steps were, returning our emails, answering all of our questions, getting our photos back much sooner than we expected, letting us know what we could do to earn more points, and the friendliness of everyone we spoke to. We are very happy that we chose Powers.
Kim was awesome. From the first meeting we felt very comfortable and eager to work with her. On the wedding day she was amazing, she was friendly, yet professional. She helped us and our wedding party loosen up and got some amazing pictures because of it.
We liked Kim after our very first meeting. She seemed to want the best for us. She wanted to know our story, who we were and what we wanted in our pictures. She came to our venue the day before and scouted out where we could take pictures, she saw beauty in our venue, when we didn’t. For the pre-wedding shots she helped me (Dena) relax, even when I was worried about looking horrible because I was sick. She was fun and friendly with us and I felt completely comfortable having her in my dressing room. During the wedding she was amazing. I know that she was all over the place taking pictures but at the same time she was so unobtrusive that I barely knew she was there. During the posed shots she did amazing at getting the best out of everyone, even those who were not necessarily comfortable with having their picture taken. When it was just us, she had the image examples we had given her and helped us recreate them in her own way. Even before the wedding and especially after we saw our pictures, we knew that going with Powers was the right decision. Through the whole process she made sure that we got the shots that we wanted, that everything was right for us. We are so thankful to her for giving us these picture memories that we will cherish forever.
