Danielle and Marcus aren’t getting married until next year, on the East Coast, but wanted to do their engagement session out in the Pacific Northwest, where Marcus grew up. Marcus’ uncle has a ranch near Corbett and it was the perfect place to do some great engagement pics. When I showed up the whole family was feasting on a beautiful spread of antipasto, it looked like a cover shot of a Homes & Garden magazine. They immediately insisted I join them, and not wanting to be rude, I happily obliged. After some good food and conversation, we decided it was finally time to start the photos. With such a unique property with tons of character, my mind was racing with all the potential locations for pictures. Finally settling on a few great spots, the shoot was over before I knew it. As I packed the camera away I was feeling sad that this great experience was coming to an end, but then Marcus’ uncle pops out of the house with the main course, a beautiful muffaletta! Again I was urged to stay, and again not wanting to be rude, I agreed rather easily. Danielle and Marcus and their family are incredibly kind and generous people, and they made me feel just like I was a part of the group. Congratulations on your engagement!
