I had the delightful experience of photographing Brian and Sadie’s beautiful wine country wedding at Vista Hills. The venue itself has long been on my favorites list because of it’s simple elegance and awe inspiring sunsets. You know that term, “Cool as a cucumber”, well then I shot a wedding filled with cucumbers. If Brian or Sadie were stressed they didn’t show it. Instead, the pure of enjoyment of each other’s company beamed throughout the day. The couple fit the venue perfectly. Such and understated elegance. Sadie’s dress was beautifully simple, I loved it. Their table decorations which incorporated flowers, candles and burlap was beautifully simple as well. It was such an awesome affair to capture. Don’t let their cool and calm demeanor fool you, these cats know how to boogie. As soon as Randy from Paradox pressed the music button, they were out on the dance floor but not before we were able to take advantage of the rolling hills, beautiful weather and epic sunset. The moment that stood out the most was when they were doing their vows. The sun was setting right behind them and fittingly, it bathed them in a beautiful, beautiful warm glow. It was truly an honor to be apart of their day. Congratulations to the coolest cucumbers I know.

Our photographer was a great fit for us. He was very friendly. He was willing to answer many questions about our wedding-photography related or not. He was a calming presence on our wedding day..he helped us to relax, and the photos turned out excellent (what we have seen on the blog.. can’t wait to see the rest!) He asked what we wanted for photography and delivered!
