The Kenton Neighborhood in North Portland was the first area I lived when I moved to Oregon. I always loved going to the Victorian Belle over the holidays and often thought it would be a perfect wedding location. The meticulously kept property was built in the late 1800’s and has a style all it’s own. I was so excited when Amanda and Randal told me they were getting married here as I knew we would capture beautiful ceremony and reception pics. These grounds are built to host picturesque events!
You couldn’t have asked for a better September day to hold your wedding. The sun was out and the breeze was soft. Fall hasn’t quite hit yet here in Portland so most trees and leaves are still holding there nice green colors. This only helped in creating a perfect backdrop for our wedding celebration. After a beautiful ceremony it was time to eat and party. And party we did! Once we finished our cake cutting, toast, and traditional dances, the late night crowd was still ready to hit the scene. Most of the group headed down the street to the neighborhood pub to continue the fiesta. After hours wedding karaoke anyone?!
