When I talked about meeting Alexis and Matt to shoot their engagement session, I mentioned meeting up at Joe’s Donut Shop. When Lexi immediately replied, ”Ooh.. that sounds dangerous,” it was then and there that I knew we would get along great.
From the minute we started shooting, Lexi and Matt were up for anything. They traipsed through the snow, ignoring cold fingers and numb toes to create some beautiful photos that showcase not only Oregon’s gorgeous winter, but also the sweet closeness that they share with each other. Lexi is a master quick-change artist and brought an endless supply of scarfs, blankets, and props to both inspire creativity and also try to keep warm. Matt was a great sport about all of our ideas and I loved to watch him love Lexi. I had such a fun day and can’t wait to do it again on their wedding day this summer!
